RETURNS & CHANGES
You have 15 working days from the date you received the product to return your purchase. We do not make changes as such, so you will have to first make the return and then place a new order with the new product.
We’re happy to offer size/color exchanges within 15 days of the arrival of your purchase. Please note that you must return the product first and that charges may apply. All items must be in new conditions. If you’d like to swap an item for another size or color, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request the exchange. We do not make changes as such, so you will have to first make the return and then place a new order with the new product.
To proceed with a return*, please send follow these steps:
1. The product may not be used.
2. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, with the original labels and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced by packaging of similar size and capacity.
3. The box must include your full name and order number.
4. Send an email requesting your return to be@therealgarcia to ensure the return it’s being done in the correct timing and we will send you the return address. Make sure to include your full name and order number, as well as the items you want to return.
We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.
*If one of the previous steps is not completed, the return will not be valid.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
After 15 days or without proof of purchase, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. We remain committed to support and always help our customers. Our official policy is that we’ll make it right as long as your request is reasonable.
If we accept your return, you can ship it back to us for a refund. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we reserve the right to choose to decline your return at any moment.
Do I have to pay anything for a return?Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the product is considered faulty The (Real) Garcia shall assume the entire cost of the return shipping and/or exchange.
About your refund:Once we receive your item back in the specified address and we confirm points 1 and 2 are correct, the value of the item purchased will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. Note that it might take a couple working days to receive the payment back in your bank account. If discount codes have been used when the purchase was made, the value of the discount code will not be refunded.
