Free shipping on all orders over 189€ in mainland Spain and 300€ in the rest of Europe!
Delivery time will be 2 to 5 working days in Spain and Portugal and 14 calendar days in the rest of the countries from the date of purchase. Orders are processed from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays corresponding to each region or country.
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer according to the following characteristics:
- The address indicated by the customer may be a home address, a place of business or any other address indicated. It is not necessary that the billing address and shipping address match. Our carrier will send an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact mobile number in your order) indicating the day of delivery and enabling the change of delivery date. On the same day scheduled for delivery, our carrier will send you an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact cell phone number in your order) informing you of the approximate delivery time slot.
- Delivery Incidents: If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the addressee, the carrier will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the addressee by telephone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, the next day, you will receive the delivery details. If you have an account with T(R)G, you can log in to your account and check 'Order History' to find out the current status of your order and the order history.
The delivery country always has to match the store you are browsing. In the lower left corner of the web you can change the store for purchases with shipping outside Spain.
Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla: the customer must also pay customs duties and taxes generated by the order. These costs will be paid at the time of receipt of the order and in no case will be included in the price paid for the products.
Shipments to the Canary Islands: the cost of transport amounts to 15.99€ and the customer must also pay the costs of management in customs that generates the order and those of the AEIM regardless of the amount of the order when applicable. In addition, the customer must pay the corresponding tax. These costs will be paid at the time of receipt of the order and in no case will be included in the price paid for the products.
You can check the status of your order in your account. If you are not registered at therealgarcia.com check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you of your order. If you have not received your order after the shipping time, please contact customer service through the form located on the contact page with your name and surname, order number, date of order and we will respond as soon as possible.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS
If you have a T(R)G promotional code, log in to our site and you can use it before checkout in the "Summary of your purchase". Enter the promotional code and click on "Apply discount code". If the discount code is valid you will see the discount applied in the purchase summary. T(R)G promotions (discount codes) are limited to one per person per online order. Promotional codes are not cumulative. In case of return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be refunded. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash.
Debit or credit cards issued by Spanish financial institutions supported by the secure payment platform provided by Redsys: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American express, Shopify pay, Apple pay, Amazon payments, Google pay, Paypal.
You have 15 working days from the date you received the product to return your purchase. We do not make exchanges as such, so you will have to make the return first and then place a new order with the new product.
To proceed with a return*, please follow the steps below:
1. The product cannot be used.
2. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, with the original tags and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced with packaging of similar size and capacity.
3. The box must include your full name and order number.
4. Send an email requesting your return to be@therealgarcia to ensure that the return is made within the correct time frame and we will send you the return address. Be sure to include your full name and order number, as well as the items you wish to return.
We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or registered mail and retain proof of postage.
*If one of the above steps is not completed, the return will not be valid.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
After 15 days or without proof of purchase, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. We remain committed to support and always help our customers. Our official policy is that we will do the right thing as long as your request is reasonable.
If we accept your return, you can return it to us for a refund. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we reserve the right to choose to refuse your return at any time.
Come to our stores in Madrid or San Sebastian with the garment and the purchase receipt that you will find in your account or in the order confirmation email. Your returned items will be sent to our offices for reimbursement in the same payment method used in the purchase within 15 working days.
We will be happy to offer size/color exchanges within 15 days of the arrival of your purchase. Please note that you must first return the product and charges may apply. All items must be in new condition. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, simply contact email@example.com to request the exchange. We do not do exchanges as such, so you will need to make the return first and then a new order with the new product.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer. In cases where the product is considered defective, The (Real) Garcia will assume the full cost of return shipping and / or exchange.
Once we receive your item at the specified address and confirm that points 1 and 2 are correct, you will be refunded the value of the item purchased by the same method by which you made the original payment. Please note that it may take a couple of business days to receive the payment in your bank account. If discount codes were used when making the purchase, the value of the discount code will not be refunded.
In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and keep the original packaging. It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in the online store.
To guide you in choosing your size, within each product we offer you the option "What is my size?", which will suggest the most appropriate size based on the data and measurements that you indicate.
