In-Store Pickup Deadline:
● Customers who choose the In-Store Pickup option (Click & Collect) will have 7 calendar days to pick up their
order from the email notification confirming the availability of the order at the selected store.

In-Store Trial:
● Customers have the option to try on items in-store at the time of pickup. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the purchase after trying it in the store, they may make exchanges or returns at the time of pick-up. In addition, if the customer chooses to exchange the item for a different size, the customer does not have to wait for any additional process.
● However, if the customer chooses to exchange the product for a different one, full payment for the new purchase is required. In this case, the refund of the original purchase made through the Click and Collect service will be carried out through our website. The customer will see the amount reflected in their account within 3-10 days, depending on their bank. This process ensures a smooth and efficient transition in the case of exchanges for another product.
Returns:
● Returned products must be in original, unused condition with all original tags and accessories.
● The return or exchange is subject to the availability of the product in the store. However, if the customer chooses to exchange the product for a different one, full payment for the new purchase is required.
