ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. The Real Garcia has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them, as they vary by destination country.
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs duties, the refund will be processed once the merchandise is received at our facilities, minus the original shipping costs, return costs, and any customs duties incurred.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at checkout — a home address, workplace, or any other specified address. The billing address does not need to match the shipping address.
Our carrier will send an email or SMS (if a contact phone number was provided) indicating the delivery day and allowing the option to change the date. On the day of scheduled delivery, the carrier will provide an approximate delivery time.
Delivery issues: if delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt to contact the recipient by phone. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the carrier directly to arrange delivery.
ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PICKED UP
Once the order has been picked up by the logistics company, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address or the cancellation or modification of the pickup. Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase.
