Free shipping on all orders over €289 to mainland Spain and Portugal, and €389 worldwide.

Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days in Spain and Portugal, and 14 calendar days to all other countries from the date of purchase. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in the corresponding region or country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

All orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The Real Garcia has no control over these fees and cannot provide estimates, as they vary by destination country.

If an order is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs duties, a refund will be issued once the items are received back at our facilities. The refund will be calculated after deducting the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any customs duties incurred.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer under the following conditions:

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

The delivery address can be a home address, workplace, or any other specified location. The billing address does not need to match the shipping address. Our carrier will send an email or SMS (if a contact phone number was provided at checkout) with the estimated delivery date and the option to reschedule. On the day of delivery, a second notification will be sent with an approximate time window.

Delivery issues: if delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, the carrier will leave a note and attempt to contact the recipient by phone. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the carrier directly to arrange delivery.

Ceuta and Melilla: customs duties and import taxes apply and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product price.

Canary Islands: shipping cost is €15.99. Customs handling fees, AEIM, and applicable taxes are payable by the recipient upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product price.
