You have 15 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To do so, send an email to be@therealgarcia.com including your full name, order number, and the items you wish to return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- It must be returned in its original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact. If the original packaging is not available, replace it with packaging of similar size.
- Inside the box, include a note with your full name and order number. The shipping label alone is not sufficient — without this information inside the package, we cannot identify your return and the refund cannot be processed.
- We recommend sending your return by courier or tracked mail and keeping proof of shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the item is faulty, The Real Garcia will cover the full return shipping cost.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE 15-DAY WINDOW
After 15 days from delivery, we review each request individually. We may accept the return and issue a store credit for the value of the item, minus shipping costs. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for returns outside the standard return period.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your item and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Please note that any discount codes applied to the original order will not be refunded.
